Key points of our Terms & Conditions

  • We will supply staff to our client for a minimum period of one week.
  • After the initial minimum period has expired the client must give one month's notice to terminate the use of our services.
  • After the initial minimum period has expired, we will give one month's notice to terminate the supply of our services.
  • Payments should be received by ourselves no later than 30 days after the date of invoice.
  • If staff are unsuitable or unsatisfactory or commit any gross misconduct the staff will be removed from the premises and replaced within 24 hours
  • We charge double time on the following dates
  • 24th December (Night Rate)
  • 25th December (Day Rate)
  • 31st December (Night Rate)
  • 1st January (Day Rate)
  • Different clients have different shifts patterns so Night rates are charged for shifts running through the majority of the night. E.g. 22:00 > 06:00 or 23:00 > 07:00
  • The Client will send us a timesheet at the end of each working week by email or fax.
  • We provide blue working jackets if required.
  • We provide Public Liability Insurance.
  • We will help to organise training for equipment and chemicals if required.
  • We are not a recruitment agency. However, if a client wishes to recruit one of our staff a fee will be payable.
