Key points of our Terms & Conditions
- We will supply staff to our client for a minimum period of one week.
- After the initial minimum period has expired the client must give one month's notice to terminate the use of our services.
- After the initial minimum period has expired, we will give one month's notice to terminate the supply of our services.
- Payments should be received by ourselves no later than 30 days after the date of invoice.
- If staff are unsuitable or unsatisfactory or commit any gross misconduct the staff will be removed from the premises and replaced within 24 hours
- We charge double time on the following dates
- 24th December (Night Rate)
- 25th December (Day Rate)
- 31st December (Night Rate)
- 1st January (Day Rate)
- Different clients have different shifts patterns so Night rates are charged for shifts running through the majority of the night. E.g. 22:00 > 06:00 or 23:00 > 07:00
- The Client will send us a timesheet at the end of each working week by email or fax.
- We provide blue working jackets if required.
- We provide Public Liability Insurance.
- We will help to organise training for equipment and chemicals if required.
- We are not a recruitment agency. However, if a client wishes to recruit one of our staff a fee will be payable.
