Where staff are not British or EU Nationals we comply with all Government Legislation regarding the checking their status to reside and work in the United Kingdom. We currently employ staff from the United Kingdom, France, Romania, India and Sri Lanka to name but a few. |

Statutory ResponsibilitiesAll our staff are employed directly by us. They are all enrolled in our PAYE scheme and paid monthly with funds straight into their bank accounts. All staff receive a monthly payslip itemising their pay and statutory deductions for Income Tax, National Insurance, Workplace Pension and Student Loan. All statutory payments such as Statutory Sick Pay and Holiday Pay etc are paid in accordance with UK law. We never make any deductions for 'administration', 'payroll', 'uniforms' or any other fictitious fees.The wages our staff earn are always paid in full, after statutory deductions. It is important to make this clear as we are aware of less scrupulous agencies adding these fictitious fees and are in effect charging their staff to go to work! We do not discriminate and pay exactly the sames rates to both women and men. |
