Our Story

B.M. Trueman & Partners are still a family owned company. It was started by Brian Trueman some 50 years ago, supplying window cleaning services to hotels in and around London. Within a short time the company progressed to supplying cleaning services in kitchens and housekeeping departments. As the industry evolved so did we, moving from a full service cleaning operation to the supply of staff.

We recruit staff to be employed directly by us. We do not outsource staff from other companies nor do we recruit for third parties.This ensures we have reliable, loyal and industrious staff to place with our clients. To be clear, we are not a 'Gig' economy employer. Our staff are not 'self employed'. All our staff employed directly by us and enrolled onto our in house PAYE scheme with all statutory payments and deductions being made.
